BUY A CAR. WIN A TRIP. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO FLIGHTS WITHOUT A PURCHASE. PURCHASE REQUIRED. 

1.  WHO CAN ENTER Open to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador who are 19 years of age or older. Employees of Right Of Way Auto Sales Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible. 

2. CONTEST PERIOD October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. NDT to October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. NDT. 

3. HOW TO ENTER Every retail vehicle purchased from Right Of Way Auto Sales during the contest period earns one (1) entry. The purchase must be completed with a signed bill of sale during the contest period. Buying more than one vehicle earns more than one entry. Wholesale, dealer, and trade-in transactions do not qualify. If a sale is cancelled or reversed, the entry is void. 

4. PRIZE One (1) grand prize. The winner chooses one of the following: Option A: Return economy flights for two (2) plus $500 CAD spending money. Option B: Return economy flight for one (1) plus $1,000 CAD spending money. Flights are from St. John's (YYT) to any destination in North America and are booked by Right Of Way Auto Sales using reward points. Flights are subject to seat availability, airline schedules, and blackout dates. Destination and travel dates must be chosen from available options. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the draw date. Accommodation, meals, baggage fees, taxes or fees not covered by points, travel insurance, and travel documents are the winner's responsibility. The spending money is paid by e-transfer, or by cheque if needed. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 5.

5. THE DRAW One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on November 1, 2026 at Right Of Way Auto Sales, 702 Thorburn Rd, St. John's, NL. The winner will be contacted by phone or email. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.

6.  CLAIMING THE PRIZE The winner must come to the Right Of Way Auto Sales office in person with the vehicle they purchased, show valid ID, sign a release form, and take a photo with their vehicle. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to let Right Of Way Auto Sales use their name, photo, and likeness on its website and social media, with no extra payment.

7. LIABILITY Right Of Way Auto Sales Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, injury, delays, cancellations, or damages connected to the prize or to travel. The winner accepts all risk related to the trip. 

8. GENERAL Right Of Way Auto Sales may change, suspend, or cancel this contest if something beyond its control affects it, or if fraud or tampering is suspected. Its decisions are final. Personal information is used only to run the contest and is not sold or shared. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or run by Facebook or Instagram. It is governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada.

9. The winner must give at least 14 days notice before booking trip.
